Our Mission: To provide a facility that will promote Christian Community and wholesome recreation in agreement with the policies and standards of the Avon Grove Church of the Nazarene

Times for Rentals:
Sunday - 2pm-10pm
Monday - 6:15pm-10pm
Tuesday  - 6:15pm-10pm 
Wednesday -not available
Thursday - 6:15pm-10pm 
Friday - 6:15pm-Midnight 
Saturday - 8am-Midnight

If your desired date is available, please fill out the online rental request form at least 2 weeks before the event. You will be contacted within a few days of submission to confirm your rental. Once your rental is confirmed, your deposit must be dropped off to the Avon Grove Nazarene Academy office one week prior to your event. Full payment for the rental is due no later than 48 hours before the event. 
Academy Office hours: Mon-Fri, 8:00-5:30
In order to rent the facility, you must agree to the online rental agreement. You must be at least 21 years old and agree to be on site during the entire time of your rental. For league rentals, you must provide the contact information of coaches/other adults that will be considered contact persons during the rental time.

All appropriate rentals will be accepted and booked on a first come, first served basis.

Rental Rates

We are not renting to individuals at this time.

In order to rent the facility, you must agree to the online rental agreement. You must be at least 21 years old and agree to be on site during the entire time of your rental. For league rentals, you must provide the contact information of coaches/other adults that will be considered contact persons during the rental time.

Deposit (Refundable after the event / 3-month session):
$50 CASH for one-time events
$100 CASH for ongoing rentals by groups
$250 for leagues/organizations (a league's first deposit must be made in CASH;
subsequent rentals may use a check deposit)
General rentals (includes sports leagues, groups, organizations):
$50 per hour 
$25 additional flat rate for use of tables and chairs. Must provide own table linens.(Tables and chairs will be accessible during set-up time. Renter is responsible for setting up and tearing down tables and chairs.)  $50 additional flat rate for use of kitchen.  (Refrigerator, warming oven, microwave and sink.  All supplies must be provided by renter.)

Rentals by church groups and charitable/service organizations:
$25 per hour
$10 additional flat rate for use of tables and chairs (when available)
Must provide own table linens

All checks must be made payable to AGNA.
If you cancel your reservation less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled event,
AGN reserves the right to keep your deposit in part or in full.

The Nazarene Gym is available for rental. It can be rented for ongoing sports leagues (booked in 3 month blocks at a time).  

Note: We are currently not able to accept reservations for Lacrosse practices/activities and baseball activities (unless using nerf).

The Nazarene Gathering Room is available for meetings.  We are not renting to individuals at this time.
